Mosaic takes on a limited number of projects each the year to allow for dedicated attention to client needs and so Stephanie can maintain the lead role on projects. With over 20 years of travel, tourism, and event planning experience, Stephanie demonstrates competency, professionalism and dedication in the fields of travel and event management.

Founder & CEO
STEPHANIE BARKLEY founded Mosaic in 2011 and brings with her more than 20 years of event and travel management. Based on the clients' strategic goals, Stepanie contributes her years of expertise into planning and implementing conferences and events. She has established herself as a leader in the events community by building relationships with a long list of suppliers and vendors. She graduated from the University of Calgary, Haskayne School of Business, with a Bachelor of Hotel and Resort Management Degree. She also holds a Travel Counsellor Certificate (Honours) from Medicine Hat College, an Event Management Extension Certificate from Mount Royal College, and a Hotel and Restaurant Management Diploma (Honours) from SAIT.
In addition to her schooling, Stephanie holds a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation and is a former president of Meeting Professionals International - Greater Calgary Chapter.
